he is my hero. if any one again tried to insult my hero , i’ll not leave him or her , just tell me your name and address before telling any wrong against my hero, agar himmat h to fir dekh kaise tujhe police k dande khilwati hu , aur khoon k aasu rulati hu……….
read this , n u will know that in reality PRC killed that stupid ghori in his land i.e afganistan.

i have read abook in which gori was killed by khakaras hindu tribe & as per the remaining of prc concerned some guy wh killed pulan devi he went to ghazni & dig prc tomb but found only sand in it & he is in jail now what an insult for the patriot like him .

Thanx Mak for this wonderful information.PRC was truly a brave kings.he never thought for himself.He always did for his people.His kingdom.But as you said that PRC died in afganisthan as a prisoner is not true.although he was buried in afganisthan but didnt died as a prisoner.PRC was a RAJPUT and RAJPUTs are always with their pride,maan saaman.when PRC killed muhammed ghuri he was sure that muhammed ghuris loyals will kill him so he said his friend CHAND BADRIA that he will rather like to be killed and murdered by his best frnd rather than killed and murdered by muhammed ghuris loyals so as per the wish of PRC, CHAND killed PRC and PRC killed CHAND. Later on their bodies were taken to the afganisthan and muhammed ghuri, PRC and CHANDs bodies were buried their.and sanyogita died at that momment when she came to know about PRC.She loved him so much that she was shattered when she came to know about PRC.I have visted many sites which says this.Can you tell me the sites from where you got this.PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ i want to know each and everything about PRC.PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ

This is what I got from the various history book I researched. Prithviraj was a very brave and powerful king of his era. He dominated the near by kingdoms. When mohammad gori attacked first time in 1191 he was badly defeated by Prithviraj. His army fled and he was captured. Gori was humiliated by Rajput generals. In fact one of Prithviraj’s general, Chandrabhan wanted to cut off Gori’s head and take it as a price for his bravery. When Gori heard about this he pleaded for mercy in front of prithviraj. Gori praised his bravery called him his brother & requested to be freed and promised not to come back again. Prithviraj’s ego was boosted and he let Gori go although his generals advised him against it. Gori went back and again started building his army. meanwhile prithviraj continued his domination around India and in the process made many rivals as well.
Next year when Gori invaded again with a large army prithviraj went to the battlefield to take on Gori. Within 3-4 hrs of the battle Gori found out that his army was still no match for the Rajputs so he retreated but it was just a tactical retread. He had the other plan. Rajputs thought that the battle was over and gori’s army fled. They went into their tents and relaxed. in fact in the evening 3 of the Sardars asked permission from Prithviraj to leave along with their men to their respective subas (states). Thus around 40% of the prithvirajs army left in the evening and remaining stayed for the night. During night when the rajput’s were sleeping, Gori’s army made a surprise attack on Rajput camp. The rajput were not prepared & there was much chaos everywhere. Gori’s men went straight to Prithviraj tent. Those days the Royal tents used to be the biggest and in the middle of the camp so could be easily identified. Prithviraj was captured and Gori won the battle.
Regarding Prithviraj’s wife sayogita – The myth that gory captured her from battlefield is not true. Those days women never went to battlefields. Secondly the queens used to commit suicide rather then getting captured by enemy (Muslim or Hindu) .
There are two different account on his wife sayogita. One account says that after getting the news about Prithviraj defeat she fled the capital along with her son and loyal servants. Second account says that sayogita committed Johar (suicide) and her infant son was later killed by Gori’s men.
Fate of prithviraj – He was captured, blinded and taken to Afghanistan where he died as a prisoner. As per the popular story Prithviraj killed Gori during a Archery display using his skill of shooting according to direction of sound. Authenticity of this doubtful and appears more like a folktale as rajputs do not want to see their king die defeated as a prisoner. But there are certain historical facts that indicate that Gori was possibly killed by Prithviraj (as per the story) or his rajput loyalist.
1- Gori was murdered some time after the battle of tarrain ( With prithviraj’s army)
2 – Gori’s tomb is build in such a way that people has to step on Prithviraj grave before entering Gor’s tomb. This can be done only if both the kings have died around the same time. Those days the defeated kings were buried in unmarked graves as no one bothered about them so it is unlikely that prithviraj died much before Gori.
3- The way the tomb is designed (step on Prithviraj grave before entering Gori’s tomb) was not a practice for Muslim rulers for their tomb. In fact there is no other example like that for any tomb. Which looks like it was build with utter frustration and anger with Prithviraj by Gori’s loyalist. This can only happen if Prithviraj or his rajput loyalist may have killed Gori.

Pls dont talk rubbish about PRC.Prc was a good leader.He was kind and i am proud of him as he hated Muslims and also whatever he did for our COUNTRY,INDIANS and HINDUS.This Muslims are really _ _ _ _.I seriously feel that if today he was alive then our countries siutation would have been something else.i feel really bad the way he died. He did so much for us and his death came as hell.I dont know why God always do wrong things with right people.HATS OFF to you PRITHVIRAJ CHAUHAN. may you live in PEACE in HEAVEN with your LOVE.
